If you have installed solar panels, it's most likely you will have installed a PV / Solar only inverter, which is not capable of dealing with the charging and discharging of a battery.
We require all of our battery installations to have a Solis hybrid inverter and we will remove your existing inverter.
If you're not comfortable with us removing your existing inverter, then unfortunately we will not be able to serve your property.
