We'll need some specific information to complete the sale, this includes the following:
- Property address - this one probably sounds obvious, but we'll need to know where we are installing the battery!
- Specific location: We'll also double check that you have considered the location of where the installation will occur in order to maintain the safe operation of the battery. There are strict standards that must be complied with, with regards to the location of the battery and you'll need to have at least two spots on your switch board. If you don't have any space on your switch board, then it will impact the cost of the installation.
- Information about you: We'll need some personal information - your name, date of birth, email address and phone number - this is for two reasons, 1) to validate your payment information 2) to set up your account with Vultra.
- Payment information - There are lots of different ways to pay including via credit or debit card, paypal or using buy now pay later schemes. This is all managed online via the secure sales journey on our website.
- Installation date and time - we'll ask you to select an installation date and time that works for you. We work closely with a handful of installers, and can book the job with them on your behalf. You'll be able to choose morning (7AM to 9/10AM) or afternoon slots (12PM to 2/3PM). Typically we can arrange an installation within 2-3 weeks, and the installation usually takes 2-3 hours depending on the configuration you choose and the existing set up of the switchboard.
